I pay for their mistakes

I have had endless problems with Nedbank. Now i see that through their error on my personal loan I have been penalised on my credit payment profile as well as my Nedbank creditworthiness. I app**** for a subsequent loan and it was concluded on November 5, 2015. I was told that the debit order would automatically be taken from my nedbank account. I didnt check as it has been coming off every month and i did business as usual. I never received any indication or phone call that I was in arrears but it now seems that the first instalment did not come off as they said it would. All other payments have been coming off my salary as normal since then. Now that i want to apply for a further loan for my childrens hockey tours they say its declined because of history. I am really unhappy as a Platinum account holder. I dont have an overdraft or credit card despite earning over R400k per year. I have every intention of moving my business elsewhere as Nedbank doesnt need my business.

Well to date the email i should have received about this complaint I never received. I called the personal loan department and they know nothing about the information the customer care representative said she advised them. So I am back to square one. In the meantime Absa has indicated they are willing to offer me a Platinum account with them. How can Nedbank get this so wrong so many times.
