I opened an account in January within 3 months it was blocked for Fica which I went to the branch to submit

I opened an account in January within 3 months it was blocked for Fica which I went to the branch to submit. The account was opened only for it to be closed in 2 days. The account went on to be blocked 3 times in 10days and every time I would submit the same documents. There was no explanation of why the account is being blocked. Call center kept on saying they are escalating the matter.
