I opened accounts for my daughter and son on the app

I opened accounts for my daughter and son on the app. They delivered the cards and upon delivery I handed the guy their copies of birth certificates and my ID to scan. Later I couldn’t deposit into my daughter’s account and when I enquired they told me her documents are lost and they will look into it. That’s a girl child and they go and lose her important document just like that?? They promised to get back to me but they didn’t so they just closed account. That’s egligence and insensitivity
