I need urgent help MFC Nedbank

Good day, I have a grievance concerning getting help from MFC Nedbank insurance division. I have been retrenched and have been requesting for a 4 month 50% reduction and have since been passed along from person to person without assistance SINCE NOVEMBER! I have been forwarded to Elias (***) and he also has taken a while to rectify the matter despite my patience with the process. I need help is there anyone above him that can fix this over due matter.
