You have been harassing me to pay the nedbank personal loan account, calling me non stop and now that the account is paid and settled I have to struggle to get through to your contact centre dial *** no answer and the *** which requires a password that I don’t even know..

I was assisted by Lebogang tshiloane whom I send my proof of payment to her after I had received a settlement quote via email from her till date she has not acknowledged nor rep**** to my email..

Can someone help I need my paid up letter and my bureau details updated accordingly.
