I need my clearing letter.

I need my SAPFS clearance letter from Nedbank. REF ***6. I had a case with Nedbank 2015 where money was deposited into my account. I tried to resolve this issue with then however the went to block my FNB accounts with my money inside. FNB can not unblock my account unless they provide me wit the letter and Nedbank is sending me from Piler to post.
