I need help in unblocking my name from Nedbank account

I still have not found any solution based on my first review about the issue I have with Nedbank in blocking me after the issue of my account being done ***** on and I was not informed no told until I found out myself 2018 when trying to open up a account with FNB ,I was suprised that they had my details why didn't they send an email to inform me about the situation
