I need answers

A late payment on an up to date home loan account that was on credit. Immediately Nedbank sends summons, I'm seriously starting to feel someone at Nedbank wants to repossess this home and buy it for themselves.

I need a clear explination and quick.

Received a call from Claudine on Monday. She had no information and was going to gather and return to me. It is Friday and we still waiting :(
