I LOVE NEDBANK

I love Nedbank! Always have,always will. From insurance claims to home loans, you name it, always satisfied. An EXTRA BIG THANK YOU to Yolande Makhubo from Nedbank Alberton branch. As humans we are quick to take time complaining about someone or something but we rarely take the time out to thank someone for a darn good job well done.

My experience through sorting my home loan out has been out of this world! I have never had a more pleasant experience. Dealing with this is so stressful yet I've been blessed because Yolande has done everything she possibly can to make this process alot smoother.

Yolande has kept in contact with me every day, several times a day. I had 8 or 9 pages of documents to fill out but before starting on them she called head office to make sure the document was needed, turns out it wasn't, Yolande made sure she contacted me immediately to cancel the request for the documents. Going the extra mile for sure. I know that if it were anyone else I would have spent time filling the document out only later to find out it actually wasnt needed and it was thrown away, I wouldn't know. What's even better is that I never said 1 word to Yolande about the forms being a mission and she still enquired just incase.

THANK YOU for your assistance with my home loan Yolande and THANK YOU for making this experience an absolute pleasure. We need more people like you in this world, Nedbank made the best choice hiring you and I know they think so too...

Although the process is not over yet, I am already so grateful for your help so far.
