I logged an incident that occurred on 24-July-2021 at Mall of Africa Branch Nedbank on Monday 26-July-2021. I was issued a case number 775946 and advised it would take 3 to 4 days to be resolved and that I would receive an SMS and/or call from a Nedbank representative. I am still waiting to be contacted 4 days after reporting my issue. I then sent follow-up emails yesterday and now being told that the case was logged incorrectly.
