I just want to close my account in a ime of COVID!!!!

Servus, I want to close a dormant account. You can open an account online but not close, why? Anyway I went to the branch, it was congested with people sitting waiting for an hour or more to get serviced. I am not prepared to risk that in a time of COVID and been at an elevated risk. So I tried the Contact Center, one week later I did not get any response back from them at all. Please do not use the COVID excuse, most of us is working remotely and for the matter of fact very well. I want to close the account by some means without exposing me to COVID, what is the process and procedure?
