I joined the Nedbank...

I joined the Nedbank Greenbacks program a fee years ago Earning points on my debit card for card swipes and double points on my Amex card Since April of this year I've noticed that I no longer earn Greenbacks for card swipes on my debit card I have only been earning points on my Amex card I have queried this with Nedbank but the problem has still not been resolved In the meantime I still pay every month for the Greenbacks program but I'm not receiving the benefits
