I honestly don't know were to say anymore with the ********* customer service I have come to know from Nedbank now'If you are not activating non- approved Debi Checks on my account, you help your self to a second Homeloan payment, when SARS paid money into my account, i then had to jump through hoops to get it back Yesterday a lady from Nedbank phoned me , asking me when am I going to make my next payment for my Homeloan, I told her I did pay my Homeloan for September ? This morning I received an SMS statement my account is in areas, the very load and aggressive ( he really sounded that he was unhappy to be there) he did not even introduce himself looked at my account At the end of thr day - afther the intrest raid cut , I apparently had an amount of under R4 outstanding for this acount , this really is so small minded! Why was i not told of the less than R4?? is so they can list me on the Credit ??
