I have paid up my MFC account in October 2022 and still today I'm still waiting for the paid up letter

I have paid up my MFC account in October 2022 and still today I'm still waiting for the paid up letter. Of which this is affecting my credit score so badly. When you call them they transfer your call to 5 other people. You spend hours on the phone holding or being transferred to another consultant. I have been fighting this battle without winning for the past 6 months. They do not respond emails instead you get an auto reply email even if the matter is urgent
