I have had bad customer service lately from Nedbank Private Clients

I have had bad customer service lately from Nedbank Private Clients. They take long to respond to emails or dont respond at all until you do many follow ups. It's really sad because we pay for the convenience of having a private banker. I am not seeing any benefits of this service and planning to cancel it. Very disappointing!!
