I have dream maker investment with Nedbank, They gave me investment which they don’t know how it works. I never get answers when I enquirer about it

I regret investing with Nedbank dream maker Investment. Every time when i enquirer about it I never get answers. Today I called, I assisted by Andiswa Matha. I asked her to increase monthly payment by 19% so that it doesn’t affect the years I’m going to claim. She it may still affect my claim even though the told me if you increase by less than 20 % it will not claim. She said to me is the system that increase years. On some customers profile it doesn’t affect claim on other profile it does affect so I must increase it on my own risk. This is really unacceptable I expect consultant to give me straight answers not saying she can increase my monthly premium but she can not advise if it will change the year I must claim from Investment.
