I have done an application on debt review with external company,however in the bank i had an arrangement for the bank to deduct more amount than homeloan from my Employer s pay roll

I have done an application on debt review with external company,however in the bank i had an arrangement for the bank to deduct more amount than homeloan from my Employer s pay roll. Now the bank reffered my homeloan to Collection even if I was paying more than what the bank requires from me.Note that the bank have my home address and my email to communicate with me.
