I have been waiting 2 years to settle this account whereby the capital has been paid off and the bank is currently charging interest upon interest

I have been waiting 2 years to settle this account whereby the capital has been paid off and the bank is currently charging interest upon interest. To date no communication even though they were setting up a court date which has not happened. Could someone with a bit of intelligence please contact me so this can be resolved.
