I have been transfered from pillar to post
My car was written off and my Insurance paid but there was a balance left over. I've been calling MFC to find out what will happen with the balance that was left over. Everytime i call i get transferd from Client services to legal and everytime i have to answer security questions. I'm tired and frustrated do you guys want to be paid or not?
