I have a credit card with nedbank and i could not pay my monthly installment so i paid what i could they would call me every hour of the day and night eventually i drcided to get a loan with direct axis and settled the credit card.i called just to check ifbits been closed like direct axis promised me it would.Nedbank tells me i still owe them an amount of R1240.some admin fees imagine i have not used this card since they gave direct axis a settlement amount it gets paid then they come up with more debt for me to pay.
