I have a court judgement on my name and Nedbank doesn't know about it

I just found out that i have a judgement blacklisting against my name, it says I owe NEDBANK R16, 000. The judgement was filed by SPS Attorneys on 20 September 2018 with a case number ****710 in Vereeniging . I called them (SPS) and spoke to a lady and she confirmed that it was handed over to them by Hammond & Pole attorneys, who after calling them, confirmed that I owe a loan outstanding payments. I called NEDBANK (collections) and they confirmed that my account is still with them and have no idea how was it handed over to Hammond & Pole. I was then referred to NEDLIFE. I know about the loan, I made it on 19 November 2012 with the loan reference number: ****110. which was handled by France Ramadi with consultation no: nb ****877 at Vereeniging branch.

I then called people from Nedbank's NEDLIFE (Insurance), asking them about the insurance payment that, (in my knowledge) was supposed to be covered by insurance after my retrenchment on 30 April 2014. I had processed the documents ( retrenchment claim form, retrenchment letter etc. The lady from NEDLIFE , told me that the insurance doesn't cover your outstanding loan balance but only pays for 12 month. I informed the lady that, what she was telling me was not on my contract, which was in front of me as we spoke. I even read for her the loan protection policy on page 1 paragraph 7 where it states on the "Cover Amount": "The cover amount is defined as the outstanding loan amount in terms of the credit agreement entered into between the insured Life and Nedbank, less any areas on the date of the occurrence of the event giving rise to a claim in terms of this policy" She told me she cannot find my contract on her system, and advised me to send a complaint to them .

On 16 January i got a message from ********** reminding me to pay into account *****977 420****at any Nedbank branch and use ID as reference. On 18 January i also got a message from Erasmus Attorneys about my overdue and advised to make arrangement to pay the loan with a reference no PPL53153 I also had a message stating that my Nedbank acc has been handed over to SSDA with ref: ********** 995 Another message from GLA Attorneys threatening me with a sheriff and advised to make arrangements with reference PPL53153.

Can somebody please advise!!!!!!. Even if I really have to pay: "WHO DO I PAY "????
