I have a complaint with Nedbank regarding my interest rate

I have a complaint with Nedbank regarding my interest rate. I received an email from Scelo Thejane on the 18/11/2025 & I did a online questionnaire regarding his service on the 18/12/2025. I have no response from Nedbank
