I hate nedbank. Service is the worst

Nedbank service is appalling. This is the second time I bought data and it has not been allocated. All the do is escalate the cases but they never get solved. I wan in an emergency and I bout data for R149 today and they didnt allocate it. I want my money back please. The other case for 100 has been open for 3 full months. Please return my money. The case numbers are ***2 and ***5
