I HATE NEDBANK

On Friday the 15th of July 2022 I received sms from MFC requesting payment from me was shocked and stressed at the same time because money was deducted on the 14th immediately when my salary received.

Immediately after an sms I received a call from a woman by the name of Mpho Masilo who was very rude and dropped the phone on my ear because I was refusing to accept that I am owing. Later I called again because I was getting worried about the issue then a guy by the name of Ronald Peter did the same as Mpho dropped the phone on my ear as well.

Today at about 12:05 I received another sms saying the same thing. I want MFC to prove that I did not pay if not I want them to pay me the same amount that they said I am owing because they have harassed me and cause unnecessary stress.

On my statement and debit order the money was taken by MFC they must tell me who took my money from my account????

This is not the first time NEDBANK harassing me last year I bought a house using Nedbank homeloan of which they promised me that if I app**** online there was money to be paid to me according to the promotion they have at that time but when I followed up they refused to pay me. Till now that money I have never received the Indian lady assisted me with homeloan told me stories when I queried that.

Now I am asking myself if Nedbank is a **** or what???

I want both issues to resolved urgently!!
