I hate Nedbank

I have no idea why I still bank with Nedbank, I app**** for Nedbank4Me account online. I got a call and two account were open instead of one, I asked for the card to be delivered at Maponya Mall card was delivered at Mall of Africa. I went to collect the card and guess what the card is not linked to the account. I called Mall of Africa back again and even today no one is able to link the ****** card for me.....A lady said she was going to call me back after not listening to my request and it has been 3 hours waiting for the call
