I HATE BEGGING

I have a loan since 24/11/2016, to date I have only received 1 statement to my postal address after I asked for it to be sent via e-mail, I have been asking and begging for statements. So from now I will not pay this loan account until I start getting monthly statements, I am sick of asking. Also I need you to cancel my debit order with immediate effect, my salary gets paid on the 25th of every month even over weekends, this was verified when I app**** for my loan, but for some unknown reason Nedbank decided to take last month installment of on the 24th, I did not have enough money in my account as my salary only gets paid on the 25th. I signed a contract saying you can take the money when my salary gets paid into my account NOT when you want to. This now looks bad on my bank account and affects me negatively, and a sorry from Nedbank is not going to make that better, unfortunately I now need to wait 6 months to have my account in good order again after your little mistake, please can I get my statements and my debit order cancelled immediately!
