I had saved money on my mobi wallet, which I discovered it has disappeared when i called the call centre i was told mobi wallet has been disabled, with no warning no message either on the app, my messages or email that time Nedbank has all my details

I had saved money on my mobi wallet, which I discovered it has disappeared when i called the call centre i was told mobi wallet has been disabled, with no warning no message either on the app, my messages or email that time Nedbank has all my details. Now I have to wait till next week Monday for the money to be returned to my current account and I need it for an emergency. Can someone assist me please I can’t wait till Monday
