I GOT ****MED BY NEDBANK

I purchased products at Foreverliving, a transaction of R1705. I inserted my card, the amount went through but "Foreverliving" said my card declined, and they showed me the receipt I still have it.

I said " but the amount went through and it's not reversed " they said I should call nedbank because they won't be able to give me any products because my card declined.

I quickly called the call center, and the lady asked if "Foreverliving" has a problem with their swiping machine. Of which that was not the case customers infront of me and the ones after me swiped with no problem.

Basically my funds are GONE, I did not get my products because "Foreverliving " showed me proff that my card declined.

Nedbank where is my MONEY 💰.
