I got a pathetic service from NEDBANK

I got a pathetic service from NEDBANK. The ATM restarted and brought back the card but did not bring out my money R4000 this happened in Melville on 19th and this is 4 days ago and the money was not returned but they took the R4000 from my account. i have not received any communication from NEDBANK since my quiry. meaning this money is lost and they dont care
