I feel ******

Such a reap off .paying every month but balance stays almost the same...I called , e-mailed . I was promised to get a call as they admitted there is a problem ...but still today m waiting for the call It's soo unfair to do this to poor people like me, I have paid almost double what I took as a loan,but balance still shows what I owed 3 years ago????
