I feel being ripped off

Hello Peter,,in 2006 I bought a repossessed house, through an agent called uDumo, via Nedbank, I was never told what to expect when buying a repossessed house, being happy to be a house owner,I signed the contract, ready to move into my new house,,only to find out that the bank and the agent they knew that the area is so rough that I never moved in my newly bought house, the people staying in that house, refused to move out,,but still the bank continued to debut me for3yrs,until I was retrenched, I went to the bank and lodged the complaint,,7years down the line, the bank told me that they auctioned the house,,but there was an amount ofR50,000 that is still outstanding, and I must pay, they auctioned the house without me signing anywhere,or me knowing anything since I never stayed in that house, but till today I still receive the water and electricity bill, saying it is still under my name,,I still have to pay remaining amount,of the house that I never used, never even set my foot on it,more over I have an existing home loan, with Nedbank, that I co joined with my partner, which we pay very well and it is up to date,my problem is I can continue paying for something that I never recieved, the House wasR100,000,when I purchased it,I dont know how much they auctioned it,the only thing is that they told me that I'm left with R50,000 to pay.I think I am ********** by Nedbank homeloans, who sold me a house that I never stayed in,they never told me that I will encounter such problems by buying a repossessed house, the house is now being auctioned, but the Bill's are being charged on my name.
