22 Jun 2020, 22:16 I can't wait any longer I'm not happy with what happened to me last week Wednesday at around 16h23.. I went to Randfontein village square and then tried to withdraw money from a nedbank atm, after doing everything the machine went off... Only returned my card and I received an sms showing that R600 is withdrawn. I immediately called nedbank emergency numbers and the lady who was helping Said I must wait and see if the machine will work again, I waited then the machine went on and it showed that it is ready for other transactions.. While doing that I was still on the line with the lady from nedbank... When I tell her that the money didn't come out she said to me call capitec bank since you are using capitec card, I did that and they told me that they don't know how long nedbank will take to return the money but it can take 30 working days. I don't understand why should 1 wait for such a long time especially in this pandemic.. Please help me with this issue coz I wanted to buy my kids food and now they must wait for 30 days.i sent nedbank a message via Facebook and they said to me I must contact capitec bank again.
