I DO NOT CONSENT!

Early this month I was requested to submit proof of insurance to Nedbank which I sent on the 9th July, later in the month I got another communication that they did not receive it, I sent it again and even attached a screenshot for proof of the first email. Today I am receiving another communication that amount of R700 will be added to my instalment and I do not consent to it. I do not have the capacity for the additional of R700 especially after numerous emails I’ve sent for Proof of Insurance. I repeat I do not consent for this additional amount to be added to my vehicle instalment.
