I DIDN'T WANT A LOAN!

On Sunday, 12th April I made a large cash deposit at the ATM at Nedbank Clearwater, I immediately checked my account on Internet Banking and saw that the deposit was reflected. Later that night I saw that the amount had been credited to our account for a second time.
Monday morning, 13th April I called the Customer care line and when I was eventually transferred to the 4th person I put the phone down.
I then took a copy of our bank statement to Clearwater Branch and explained what had happened. I was told that I have to wait until the ATM is cashed-up and that this does not happen on a daily basis.
Surely the moment that I advised that I had a large credit to our account which isn't ours then the funds should have been moved to a suspense account of some sort?
It's now 5:30pm on 22nd April and the funds are still in our account. If I wanted a loan I would have to complete forms and wait for an answer but right now you've made me custodian of your funds and I don't like it.
Come Nedbank - try to get it right.
