I DID NOT READ MY POLICY!!!
I received a secondhand Iphone 5 for Christmas. In Jan or Feb 2016 I app**** for insurance from Nedbank because my vehicle is insured with them. About a month ago my granddaughter played with my phone, she dropped it and it stopped working. I managed to get it back in a working, but just for a short while and it went dead and stayed like that.

When I took out the insurance I told the lady in the call centre that it is a secondhand phone and then there was nothing said to me that I first have to send my phone in to do a valuation on the phone. No they were to eager to give me the insurance and took my money every month.

Now, whats the story now. We did you not read your policy, Mrs Rademeyer?
