I did a claim last year November 2023 for windscreen that got hit by stone whilst on the road, then i was given reference and was told i will get feedback, till this day i haven't had any feedback and windscreen is still cracked on the insured car, I've called them a couple of times but still said someone will call me, I'm still waiting for that call.
