I visited the Nedbank Springfield Park Branch in Durban for a personal loan, i was attended by the lady in the reception counter that directs ques to the required services and consultants. it did not take long and MS Zondi attended me. all my questions and queries was attended very attentively. whatever was outstanding for my application, she gave me her email address in order to use it to send all those, later in that day i had submitted what was outstanding . i received another email on the very next morning informing about my application outcome followed by a phone call. personally she was very respected, respectful, with advance knowledge of her job. and very helpful with other cost savings tips on her institutions that i could be a member of.
