I changed my account over to Nedbank on June 6

I changed my account over to Nedbank on June 6. Then app**** for a loan to close off my accounts with previous bank. My loan was approved and I went into the branch to accept the offer. I’m still waiting for the money till today. I have called the call centre countless times and I was told that the application was with back office. Countless consultants promised to escalate the matter and resolve it and today I still haven’t received the loan I app**** for and signed for. I’m intending to move my account again because I’m so frustrated.
