I can't use Money App because of their facial recognition

I just joined the bank, since the day one, Money App is not taking my facial recognition..

I switched my salaries and now I can't add recipients - can't send money - I can't use the app.

I deleted it and now I can't log in completely coz of facial recognition.

Tell us if you don't want us to use your bank, I keep asking myself that how do low sighted n total blind people use your services? Other banks like Tymebank, Capitec, Absa have sms verifications after facial fail ...
