I can't gety money

On February I wrote a review about Nedbank. Up until now m still struggling to get help from them. Firstly my account was closed without them telling me what's the problem. I went to the bank, I made calls with no luck, up until a week before last. The lady who helped was the one who told me my account was on their ***** unit. They sent me an email to state where did I getsdtin findsof which there is R910 from last year January. And R400 and R1000 for February 2025. FFirstly my account is closed how would I know funds from last January. I sent them an email telling them abouth this year funds of which they want proof that I used that money. Yesterday I was told m not going to get my money unless I tell them who deposited. M so hurt broken. Why do we use banks if we are going to be denied our money😥😥😥
