I can't get a confirmation letter from Nedbank

Hi,

Can anyone at Nedbank advice what does one needs to do in order to get a simple note/letter that confirms that I have a personal loan with Nedbank and an insurance that covers the loan, and therefore no need to security cession.

I have been looking for help on this and no one seems to know how or what to do. I went to the Randburg branch (Kent Street) and they showed a phone booth to call the Personal Loan department. I decided to call them from my office instead and was told to use my contract I got from Nedbank to show that I have insurance. However the other company that I had a security cession with requires a letter. No one seems to know what I am talking about.

Confused and angry client.
