I cannot make changes to my own account

Hi,

Someone at your office in Claremont decided it was a good idea to make my bond the main account on my profile. I never asked for this, I never even knew this was the case before today. Because of this, I wasted an entire half a day trying to up my payment limit on my ACCOUNT above R150 000. I can't even do this because the bond is a joint bond in my wife's and mine name.

Not only this, but your staff was unwilling to rectify their mistake without my wife's signature (go figure). So basically, to make any meaningful changes to my OWN bank account, I need to get my wife's signature, .

I won't begin to explain how angry this kind of closed-off, rigid, problematic, last-century process makes me feel.

By the way, why one earth do I even need to come into the bank to do this in the first place??

-Lloyd
