I called to log a call about unauthorised transactions taking place in my account, I was told that my account would be blocked and that I would get a new card and was given a reference number and I asked about my remaining debit orders because I didn’t want them to bounce, I was transferred to a rude consultant who didn’t want to hear what I had to say and hung up on me. I called again and explained my story and was told I’ll be transferred to the ***** department again , I explained my situation and was transferred to another department and explained my story and I can safely say they were of no use as I was told my account was still active and my debit orders would go off as normal. I can safely say I will be closing my account as iv had several issues with the bank and was just hoping for the best, but this is the last straw for me
