I called 8 times for car insurance service, but the agents don't seems to know about that service

I called 8 times for car insurance service, but the agents don't seems to know about that service. Even though I inform them that I have a car insurance policy with them. I spoke to 8 different agents but they are clueless. Nedbank must start to hire competitive staff.
