I blocked my card but perpetrators were still able to use my card

I hope I can be assisted I have a complain about nedbank , on the 28 August 2021 I was ****** perpetrators took my bank cards. .. after the incident immediately blocked my card on the app however my card was still used after being blocked ,I called call centre on the very same Saturday I told them that i blocked my card but the perpetrators they still using my card swiping at different stores, then I was told that they won't be able to help me over the phone but I can go to the branch on Monday when I got to nedbank Brooklyn mall I wasn't helped ,I wasn't given answers on how can my card be blocked but the perpetrators were still able to use it,I was told they can't assist me I should call their call centre I told them that I called they also told me I must go to the branch, I was told they can't help me the only thing they can do is to fill in a forms that will be used for investigation that will take 4-8 weeks ,I asked for bank statement so that I can give to the police for investigation I was told I can't get the statement because those transactions they still pending the will take 3-4 days before they reflect on my statement I felt so helpless the nedbank consultant by the name of Portia wasn't interested in help me because she was on the phone with another customer while I'm in front of her she didn't even bother to tell me if she will assist me or not she was on the phone for over 10 minutes up until I complained I even asked to speak to her manager her manager came she also failed to assist she told me, she gave me lousy excuse also told me I need to fillin a form but it doesn't guarantee me anything because they still need to investigate for 4-8 weeks I wondered why should ***** investigation take that long ,nedbank its the worst bank customer service its horrible ,
