I app**** for gold credit card by nedbank and I had too continously contact them too find out about my application everytime I must email my ID document I was asked 5 times too provide my ID via email this is ridiculous I even had I email of I nedbank employee nedbank is useless service and they have no clue how too work with clients nor assist in anyway
