I app**** for a building loan, started the process late Dec 2025 I have had to continuously email and call without a resolution. The application was approved and then no communication. When i call noone can help me and they say can't connect me to the homeloans department (where have you ever heard that) then i am told they woll call me within 4 hours, not once was i called back and it seems noone reads their emails there 😫...all the time that I have waisted with them💔
