. I am unhappy the way Nedbank is treating me

I have a loan account which is coming to an end the balance I was given by end of September is R69 then I called again on the 9th of October to get the settlement amount and was sent a statement of R360.48 which is calculated as current balance R130.09, Insurance 230.39 and interest 33.27 then now I get another statement saying I need to pay balance of R433.76 as settlement amount given 7 days why am I getting charged interests on the amount if is not overdue. I am unhappy the way Nedbank is treating me while I have paid this account in good manner for 5 years and insurance is ridiculously charged on less amount how can I pay insurance on a balance of less that R1000 .
