I AM TOTALLY MOVING MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF ***** AND NON RESOLUTION.

On 2021-10-23 i opened a case of ***** submitted my affidavit with case number. what i am amazed is that sine then the bank has not contacted me, The bank is fully aware that it was my salary that was taken out of my bank account, being the client of Nedbank for 7 years i am terribly disappointed. i must pay fees for my two sons, my wife has a six months old baby, while they investigating my case can Nedbank refund my money so i can pay my bills buy my kids clothes and rental. i am moving my banking from Nedbank totally as they do not have my interest. I am not at fault, i did not get notification when my money was taken
