I am so frustrated - CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I am so frustrated as I write this email.

When I opened my Nedbank account, I was offered a credit card with an offer which I declined at the time.

I am now ready for a credit card because I am trying to build my credit record as it's non-existent because I have no debt. The Nedbank system made me an offer for a credit card which I accepted and signed all the required documentation. However, I see now that it has been declined again because I don't have any debt / credit history.

Nedbank is my bank, and they should be helping me to build up my credit record. Instead, they are adding to my frustration by repeatedly declining my application. How am I supposed to build my credit if my own bank doesn't give me any line of credit.
